Salt, smoke, fat, ferment and fire — the old ways of keeping a harvest alive through the dark months. The club is how we hand that inheritance to the few hundred people who care for it most. Membership is free; the preserves are not, and there are never many.

Releases are counted, numbered and small. Members are written to the morning a batch is sealed — long before the ledger empties.
The Cellar Letters
Notes from the salt rooms and smokehouses: what the boats brought in, what is hanging in the dark, the old methods we are keeping alive.
Members-Only Releases
Certain jars never reach the open shelf — single-cask experiments, founder's trials and one-cellar rarities offered to the club alone.
Standing Privileges
Private discounts, seasonal promotions, and early access to gift crates and corporate cases before the season sells through.
The Pairing Table
Wine, herb and spice pairings written for each release, drawn from the same tasting menu the founder serves at her own table.
A Name On The Ledger
At Reserve, your name is entered beside the batch you took — the same hand-written page that records the field, the date and the maker.
Every new member receives a welcome letter and the code ETERNALFLAVOR20 for 20% off a first order. You may leave the club at any time from your profile.
The private cellar
Behind the account door is the members' room: your standing, your first-order code, the release now on the bench, the pairing notes, and the ledger of what you have taken. It is quiet in there. That is rather the point.

Standing tiers send jars monthly. Many members simply take the letters and buy the batches that speak to them.
