A standing membership we are still building, for classical preserving done properly.
The Cellar List is our free email list — launch notes, first access to releases and occasional house correspondence, with nothing to pay. The Preservation Society is a paid monthly membership, planned for the future and not yet live. Registering your interest below also adds you to the Cellar List.
Salt, smoke, fat, ferment and fire — the old ways of keeping a harvest through the dark months. The Society is how we plan to share that craft with the people who care for it most, once membership opens.

Three tiers we are developing, each intended to bill monthly once live, with a 10% reduction if paid annually. Every monthly delivery is planned to include a free gift from the house, and a membership may be cancelled at any time. None of these are purchasable subscriptions today — register your interest and we will write to you when a tier opens.

Some preparations may be offered to Preservation Society members only once the programme is live. Nothing is available for purchase yet.

Wine, herb and spice pairings written for each release as it is documented.

Reserve-tier interest is noted by hand, in the same ledger that will record each release's source, method and packing date once verified.
